Experience Shaped the Perspective

My career has moved through pharmacy practice, healthcare operations, consulting, revenue integrity, business ownership, and international healthcare leadership. Each environment presented different problems, different stakeholders, and different ways of making decisions.

That range of experience taught me to look beyond individual issues and consider the larger environment in which they occur. Decisions rarely exist in isolation. People, processes, incentives, communication, and unintended consequences are often connected in ways that are not immediately apparent.

I bring that accumulated perspective to complex questions: understanding the situation, identifying what deserves closer examination, and helping organizations consider possibilities that may not be obvious from inside the existing structure.
